Delivery & Shipping Costs
Once payment is confirmed the items will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Delivery date and time cannot be specified. Deliveries to Okinawa and Hokkaido may take longer.

If a single order exceeds a value of 20,000 YEN shipping cost is free of charge. If the order value is below 20,000 YEN the following shipping fees are applied:

Tokyo Area: 1450 YEN
Kanto, Tohoku,Shinetsu,Hokuriku, Tokai: 1500 YEN
Chugoku, Shikoku: 1780 YEN
Kinki: 1620 YEN
Hokkaido, Kyushu: 2020 YEN
Okinawa: 2160 YEN

Payment:
Payment must be completed before shipping or pick-up.
All prices include Japanese consumption tax.

We do not deliver to addresses where an adult (20+) is not available to receive the package.

Returns:
Returns are only accepted for damaged products or incorrect items. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery. In case of problems with an order we will seek a mutually acceptable solution. For refunds, a discretionary restocking fee of 5% – 10% may apply.
